At the Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence, we believe the clean energy transition is powered by people. Our team has had the privilege of connecting with more than 120 groups across education, industry, government, community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander sectors, building partnerships that drive change.

This work is part of our Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, making sure the voices of our partners guide how we co‑design clean energy training solutions.

What we learned
Through conversations and workshops, our partners shared insights that are shaping the future:
•    Modern training infrastructure can accelerate the delivery of clean energy skills and learners are trained on current, industry-standard equipment.
•    Clearer career pathways can spark interest and inspire fresh talent to join the sector.
•    Ongoing professional development equips VET practitioners to confidently build the workforce driving the transition.

Be part of the journey
If you’re part of the clean energy industry, education or community and want to help shape the future workforce, we’d love to hear from you.
