The Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence (CESNCE) is launching its first Industry Insights Webinar featuring Masoud Abshar, Founder and Managing Director of Magellan Power, on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
With more than 35 years of experience in energy storage and advanced manufacturing, Masoud will share insights into Magellan Power's innovative 4R Battery Ecosystem - Repair, Refurbish, Repurpose and Recycle and its role in building a more sustainable and circular battery industry.
The webinar will explore the full battery lifecycle, from manufacturing and system integration to refurbishment and recycling, highlighting the skills, training pathways and workforce capabilities needed to support Australia's rapidly growing battery sector.
Designed for VET educators, trainers and workforce development professionals, the session will provide valuable insights into emerging workforce trends and opportunities as Australia accelerates its clean energy transition.
